Do you really not store submissions?
Correct. We validate the data, deliver it to your webhook, and discard it. Our database has no submissions table. We log delivery metadata (timestamp, success/fail) but not content.
What if my webhook is down?
We retry failed deliveries and alert you via email. You can monitor health scores in the dashboard.
Do users need the SingleForm app?
No. Users without the app fill out your form normally. The app just makes it faster.
What data do you collect about users?
Nothing. The mobile app has no accounts, no tracking, no analytics. We don't know who uses it.
Why should I trust that you don't store data?
Look at our product: no submission inbox, no export button, no "view submissions" feature. We built it this way because storing data creates compliance obligations we don't want.
